UMGPS Special General Meeting 2026

The Special General Meeting for the U of M Graduate and Postdoctoral Society is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. We ask attendees to mark the full three-hour window in their calendars, although we anticipate that the meeting will likely run for approximately 1.5 hours or less.

The meeting will be held in a hybrid format at the UMGPS Lounge, 217 UMSU University Centre, 65 Chancellors Circle, University of Manitoba (Fort Garry Campus).

Verified attendees will receive the link to join closer to the meeting date.

At this meeting, members will be asked to vote on:

1. The proposed bylaws
2. The Slate of Board Candidates

All graduate students are welcome and have voting rights.
